Shipping Policy.

• Are you offering shipping for free, a flat rate, or a variable fee?
  Currently we are only shipping items within CA at a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 per order.

• How long will it take for your customers to get their packages? Do you offer same-day, next-day, or other express delivery options?
  Orders will ship within 24 – 48 hours. Shipping times vary based on location, however most orders will arrive anywhere from 1-3 days from the time of shipment.

• What carrier(s) do you ship with? Customers want to know if they should be looking in their mailbox for a small package delivered by the USPS or if they should be looking on their porch for a FedEx or UPS package.
  Orders will either ship USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided at time of shipment.

• Do you ship internationally?
  We are only shipping within CA at this time. 

• Do you have any special shipping circumstances that should be shared with customers in advance?
  We take pride in making sure that you order arrives to your doorstep within the specified shipping times. If for some reason your package becomes delayed or “lost in transit”, we will always do our best to contact the carrier to start a trace and begin the recovery process.
